📋 Description
• BlackCloak’s mission is to protect corporate executives and high-profile individuals in their personal lives, mitigating risks to their families, companies, reputation, and finances. • As a Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive legal support driving our legal operation and corporate governance initiatives. • You will work closely with our General Counsel. • This is a pivotal role and the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of contract management, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
🎯 Requirements
• A paralegal degree or certificate, or advanced degree in law • Good working knowledge of common commercial agreements, clauses and contracting practices • Excellent communication and time management skills • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities • Must be detail oriented and proactive • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team atmosphere • Prior in-house legal department experience preferred, but not required
