Description

• Primarily support the Customer Success team by responding to client inquiries and support questions • Helping Customer Success Managers with their day-to-day workflows and setup in email & sms platforms • Utilizing Black Crow and platform best practices, implement Black Crow’s technology on Klaviyo, Attentive and other channel integrations • Support the Black Crow Customer Success team by addressing client questions via email • Collaborating with customer success managers and other members of the team on client issues and inquiries that need to be escalated • Provide solutions to common troubleshooting items involving Black Crow and platform specific items • Recognize trends when reviewing platform specific reports and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or a related field • At least 12 months of experience at a Saas company, DTC ecommerce brand, or Digital Marketing Agency strongly preferred • Experience with owned marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive • Experience communicating with clients and stakeholders via email • Comfortable working with a ticketing system and the ability to prioritize tasks • Understanding of key performance indicators across common digital marketing channels and how these relate to account health • Understanding of the digital marketing funnel and common tactics from acquisition through retention • Experience with Slack • High attention to detail is a must • Critical thinking ability to recognize connections between different settings/tactics with the ability to succinctly explain these to stakeholders • Must be able to work EST or CST hours
