• Location: Fully Remote • Start Date: ASAP • Languages: English is mandatory • We are launching a new AI-driven project, backed by an initial round of funding, and we're looking for a CTO Associate to lead the technical vision and development from the ground up. 🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 7+ years in software development, with experience leading projects or teams. • Technical Expertise: Strong skills in fullstack development with React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • AI & ML Experience: Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, NLP, data pipelines, or automation tools is a plus. • Startup Mindset: Passion for building from scratch, thriving in ambiguity, and executing with speed. • Leadership & Communication: Ability to build and inspire a technical team while aligning with business strategy. • Ownership Mentality: You want to be more than just an employee you're ready to be a co-founder and shape the company's future.
