• Our Client is the largest and the first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa. • They are dedicated to offering innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space. • Our client is committed to making stablecoins accessible and understandable for everyone, providing their customers with secure and user-friendly platforms for their financial transactions. • Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager who is a strong, self-driven, and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. • The ideal candidate is a go-getter, passionate about crypto, and hungry to drive growth by acquiring and managing key clients and partnerships.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in sales, with a successful track record in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. • Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the overall market landscape. • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. • Highly motivated, self-starter with a hunger to succeed and achieve ambitious sales goals. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
