Description
• Be the strategic financial partner for our wholesale sales channel, collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders across the company. • Build financial models that drive smart decision-making and strategic planning. • Prepare and deliver insightful financial presentations for senior leadership. • Lead the wholesale channel's annual budget, forecasts, and strategic initiatives. • Analyze performance metrics, create monthly reports, and provide actionable insights. • Partner with teams in Sales, Accounting, Operations, and more to ensure alignment and achieve company goals. • Champion continual improvement of financial processes and systems. • Handle ad hoc requests and other duties as needed.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience. • 3+ years of recent experience in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines. • Expertise with Excel and complex financial models; familiarity with accounting systems is a plus. • Exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills. • Military veteran status is a plus (but not required).
