• BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company specializing in SAP solutions. • Assist clients with implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Success Factors systems. • Engage with clients to understand HR needs for SAP Success Factors. • Assist in design and configuration of Success Factors modules. • Conduct workshops to gather user requirements. • Support data migration from legacy systems to Success Factors. • Conduct system testing and manage defect resolution. • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users. • Stay current with trends in SAP Success Factors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years' experience in SAP Success Factors • Familiarity with HR processes and Success Factors modules • Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills in Success Factors • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Certification in SAP Success Factors is a plus
