📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales team, optimize processes, and scale revenue for our online learning platform targeting engineers. • You’ll manage a team of sales agents, social media moderators, and customer support agents, oversee CRM automation, enforce performance KPIs, and drive customer retention. • This role is critical to transforming our newly designed sales systems into measurable results. • Implement and refine the lead-to-payment workflow for Egyptian and international markets. • Monitor SLAs (e.g., 15-minute WhatsApp response time, 24-hour offline payment confirmation). • Design promotions/upgrade campaigns to boost conversions. • Manage and mentor inbound/outbound sales agents and supervisor. • Conduct weekly performance reviews using GoHighLevel dashboards. • Enforce bonus/penalty structures and drive accountability. • Own GoHighLevel CRM setup, including automations, tags, and reporting. • Troubleshoot payment reconciliation (offline/online) and call tracking. • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement fixes. • Oversee post-purchase onboarding (WhatsApp workflows, Facebook Group engagement). • Reduce churn through recovery campaigns and satisfaction surveys. • Collaborate with instructors to align course updates with customer feedback. • Ensure adherence to data security policies and payment gateway compliance. • Train the team on objection handling, CRM usage, and ethical sales practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C education. • Proven track record of scaling sales teams (10–20% MoM growth). • Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar) and payment gateways (Stripe, paymob, paytabs). • Ability to design and enforce workflows (lead management, follow-ups). • Expertise in setting KPIs, analyzing conversion funnels, and A/B testing. • Comfortable with automations (WhatsApp API, email sequences). • Strong coaching skills to motivate hybrid/remote teams. • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). • Anticipates issues (e.g., payment delays, churn risks) and acts swiftly. • Ensures 100% CRM hygiene (logged calls, receipts). • Balances sales targets with learner success.
