Description

• Support our platform's operational needs as a Platform Operations Coordinator. • Conduct quality assurance testing and identify and document bugs. • Create documentation for platform features and updates. • Assist in training material creation for internal teams or end-users. • Manage platform guides in our Pendo analytics platform. • Generate reports related to platform usage and feature adoption. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for streamlined workflows. • Maintain the company's internal knowledge base. • Identify opportunities to enhance platform usability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, and Canva). • Familiarity with software QA processes and tools is a plus but not required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively. • Experience with Pendo or similar tools is a strong advantage. • Willingness to travel periodically (2-4 times annually).
