• Lead technical product initiatives at Blenderbox. • Focus on EnrollWise, a premier admissions platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environment. • Conduct code reviews and technical planning. • Ensure product delivery quality and technical oversight. • Mentor and provide training in specialization areas.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role. • 5+ years of hands-on production experience with Python and Django framework. • Experience developing SaaS products. • Experience with Decoupled architectures. • Proficient in JavaScript. • Experience building and integrating performant and secure APIs. • Strong familiarity with the AWS ecosystem. • Experience building microservices while leveraging the AWS ecosystem. • Solid grasp of application security and performance optimization techniques. • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and concepts. • Ability to write scalable, reusable, testable, and efficient code. • Proactive and have excellent written and oral communication skills. • Stellar problem solving, organizational and time management skills. • US Citizen or authorized to work in the US. • Experience with NoSQL database backends (nice to have). • Familiarity with Lucene-based search backends (e.g. SOLR, ElasticSearch) (nice to have). • Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (nice to have). • Experience with other programming languages (nice to have).
