🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of production-grade experience in full-stack web development. • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills and experience with modern frontend frameworks—this is a must-have. • A basic foundation in Ruby on Rails—you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable working with it. • A product-first mindset. You care more about impact than just code quality. • A bias for action. You don’t wait for perfect conditions—you build, ship, and iterate. • Proficiency in English (and ideally, you're in Berlin).
