• Set the global growth and performance marketing strategy and roadmap. • Be accountable for attracting, winning and growing our user base. • Build and develop a team of talented growth marketers and establish a high-performing culture. • Execute a multi-channel growth strategy with a strong focus on scaled digital channels and capabilities. • Execute rapid, data-driven experimentation across various channels to identify and scale the most effective ways to grow the business. • Partner with Engineering to leverage data and ML-driven techniques to create sequenced and personalised scalable programs and user experiences. • Partner with the Product and Strategy & Operations to understand funnel performance, generate ongoing insights, and ideate solutions to optimise the user journey. • Innovative solutioning to scale the business, acquire new customers, and grow existing customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Growth Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • You thrive in the scale-up environment and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up. • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. • Proficiency in marketing automation, lifecycle and CRM platforms. • In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices. • Analytical mindset - experience leveraging ML/data-driven marketing techniques and making decisions based on data and metrics. • Experience with A/B testing, user cohorting, and other optimisation techniques. • You enjoy building, leading and developing a team of talented marketers. • You are comfortable across both strategy and execution, owning budgets and outcomes.
