• Analyze large, complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to guide strategic business decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Engineering, Marketing) to understand their data needs and provide insights and recommendations. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes. • Build predictive models and conduct hypothesis testing to improve product features, user experience, and marketing efforts. • Lead the development and implementation of data processes and structures to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting capabilities. • Perform deep-dive analysis of key business questions and report findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership. • Drive automation and optimization of data processes using SQL, Python, Looker Studio, Google Analytics and GCP (desirable).
• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a SaaS environment or a fast-paced startup. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation. • Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics such as MRR, churn, LTV, CAC etc.
