• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role in a startup environment, for a mobile app, preferably in the mobility industry. • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, tools, and platforms. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude, or similar. • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment. • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
