Description

• Provide support to the legal team in conducting legal research, managing legal documents, and assisting with administrative tasks. • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for the legal team. • Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents, such as contracts and agreements. • Manage and maintain the legal department's database and filing system. • Assist with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars. • Coordinate legal team meetings and maintain meeting minutes. • Assist with the coordination and preparation of legal presentations and workshops. • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments related to blockchain technology and climate change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field. • Excellent English writing skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships, work flexibly across professional and operational boundaries, and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; • Strong research and analytical skills. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with legal research databases and tools. • Knowledge of blockchain technology and/or climate change is preferred. • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus.
