📋 Description

• Blockovate is a new and ambitious marketing agency on a mission to help innovative blockchain based solutions reach their target audience. • As the Head of Growth, your mission is to identify, test, and scale new marketing initiatives that drive growth for our presale projects. • This role is not about managing existing channels; it’s about innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. • You’ll work closely with the leadership team to bring fresh ideas to life, validate their effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. • Research and identify untapped marketing channels and growth opportunities within the crypto space. • Test non-traditional channels (e.g., Web3 communities, niche forums, new social platforms) to drive presale engagement. • Innovate in areas such as referral programs, gamification, and user acquisition incentives. • Establish clear KPIs for all experiments and measure their impact against growth objectives. • Leverage analytics tools to derive actionable insights and grow future initiatives. • Present findings and recommendations to leadership. • Explore emerging platforms, technologies, and trends to stay ahead of the competition. • Partner with internal teams to align growth initiatives with overall goals. • Work with external partners (e.g., influencers, platforms, and agencies) to trial new approaches. • Develop processes to operationalise successful tests and integrate them into the broader marketing strategy. • Lead the transition of proven channels to relevant teams for long-term management and optimisation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, preferably within crypto, fintech, or tech industries. • Strong understanding of the crypto landscape, including presale fundraising and emerging trends. • Expertise in experimentation and data analysis, with experience in A/B testing and iterative processes. • A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and test unconventional ideas. • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and growth marketing platforms. • Experience launching campaigns or initiatives in Web3 communities, Discord, Telegram, or other crypto-centric platforms. • Familiarity with blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto user behavior. • Background in scaling experimental campaigns to full-fledged marketing channels.
