🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate travel experience with a strong focus on complex international reservations and fare calculations. • In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel booking, including fare rules, ticketing and reissues. • Strong customer service and consultative selling skills, with a professional and service-oriented mindset. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction and accuracy. • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills in a high-pressure environment. • Ability to meet and exceed performance standards, including KPIs related to quality, accuracy and efficiency. • Experience working with GDS systems (Amadeus a plus) and travel industry tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology. • Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding travel experiences. • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork, proactively offering support to peers, sharing best practices, and fostering an atmosphere of inclusion and diversity.
