Requirements
•10+ years of experience in operational leadership and strategic business operations, ideally within tech or fast-scaling environments. •Proven track record of driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional initiatives, and fostering a cohesive, results-oriented team culture. •Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive strategic projects across product, operations, and other business areas. •Excellent presentation skills – skilled in PowerPoint, written communication, and verbal presentation. •Highly quantitative and process-oriented – brings strong analytical capabilities with a focus on continuous process improvement. •Track record of excellence, with consistent top performance within previous roles. •Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
