• Technical enough to chat with Engineering team • Creative enough to discuss design • Empathetic enough to serve as the voice of our customer • Contribute to the definition of the product roadmap for Bloomerang’s Volunteer Management application • Engage in Scrum ceremonies and play the role of Product Owner on the Scrum team • Responsible for shipping features on-time that result in positive outcomes
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in SaaS Product Management required • Experience writing requirements documents, product briefs, user stories, and other Product Management related documentation • 3+ years experience with agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies and practices • Strong technical acumen and analytical skills • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting in front of audiences
