Description

• Analyze product performance data to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with product managers to design, track, and analyze key metrics and KPIs for ongoing product improvements. • Conduct in-depth user behavior analysis to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for feature enhancement. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product health and performance. • Work with cross-functional teams to develop hypotheses and conduct A/B tests, providing actionable recommendations. • Participate in projects to gather and analyze customer data for strategic business decisions. • Respond to cross-organization requests for product related information.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software product analytics, in a SaaS company. • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau is preferred). • Data modeling, gathering, and cleansing experience (SQL - Google Bigquery is preferred). • A curious mind seeking deeper understanding of data. • Ability to understand and document full data lineage. • Experience at companies with modern product management & software development techniques. • Ability to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage competing priorities. • Natural bias toward action; highly independent.
