📋 Description

• Bloomreach helps businesses personalize the customer experience. • The work you do will impact much of the ecommerce traffic in US/Europe markets. • Lead a dynamic engineering team to enhance user experiences. • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. • Deliver generic solutions for many use cases based on SaaS platforms. • Lead initiatives to enhance search capabilities and data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. • Direct, and proven experience in SaaS, e-commerce, search technologies, data science, and machine learning. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar. • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and GCP). • Experience with big data technologies and frameworks. • Strong understanding of Machine learning and AI best practices. • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
