• bloXroute is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to work directly with our Support team. As the Technical Support Engineer you will be focused on defining clear procedures to create a positive customer experience.
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or relevant experience • Understanding of ETH and EVM blockchain networks • Experience with using web3 (like web3py, web3js) clients to query blockchain data • Understanding of blockchain nodes and p2p networks • Basic understanding of smart contracts and defi • Basic experience in writing code and infrastructure management (Docker)
