Description

• Hands-on project experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Reduce waste and increase the efficiency of the team by driving the adoption of Agile Scrum processes. • Lead teams to a high performing state by embracing the principles of servant-leadership. • Continuously assess the agile maturity of the team and coach the team to high performing state. • Actively contribute to the improvement of the company’s agile practices. • Experiment with strategies and tactics to increase the competency and efficiency of the individual contributors on the team. • Build a professional and collaborative team environment where issues can be raised and resolved quickly. • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, demos, and retrospectives). • Collaboratively define, report, and interpret metrics that help the team understand how teams are performing. • Serve as the liaison between the PMO, or other functional areas, and the development team. • Work to remove impediments for the teams. • Manage dependencies between your team and third parties or between your team and other agile teams.

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 25% for in person team meetings/workshops • 3+ years’ experience with Agile Project Management (preferably in SaaS company) • Professional Services/Agency Experience Preferred • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Scrum Master Certification a plus but not required • Excellent communication skills
