Description

• Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Scrum Master who has experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our delivery team • Ensure that the teams remain on track to deliver their commitments by removing impediments, facilitating burndown and increasing velocity over time • Responsible for the team’s adoption and practice of Scrum while overseeing the execution of on-time, on budget project deliverables • Reduce waste and increase efficiency of the team by driving the adoption of Agile Scrum processes • Lead teams to a high performing state by embracing the principles of servant-leadership • Continuously assess the agile maturity of the team and coach the team to high performing state • Actively contribute to the improvement of the company’s agile practices • Experiment with strategies and tactics to increase the competency and efficiency of the individual contributors on the team • Build a professional and collaborative team environment where issues can be raised and resolved quickly • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, demos, and retrospectives) • Collaboratively define, report, and interpret metrics that help the team understand how teams are performing • Serve as the liaison between the PMO, or other functional areas, and the development team • Manage dependencies between your team and third parties or between your team and other agile teams

Requirements

• Ability to travel occasionally to meet in person in one of the offices in either Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI • 3+ years’ experience with Agile Project Management (preferably in SaaS company) • Professional Services/Agency Experience Preferred • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Scrum Master Certification a plus but not required • Excellent communication skills
