Description
• responsible for managing multiple projects or workstreams • includes both technical and non-technical elements • achievement of larger organizational objectives • leading multiple Project Managers and team members • focus on strategy, implementation, delegation and strong communication and governance • work closely with management and staff, partnering across the enterprise
Requirements
• 10+ years experience as a program/project manager • impeccable organizational and program management skills • strong Adobe ecosystem knowledge • Adobe Experience Cloud experience • broad MarTech stack experience • experience working with Enterprise clients • ability to present to and earn the trust of a diverse team at the Executive level • excellent communication skills • team player who seeks solutions to problems • ability to lead and guide teams • ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple simultaneous initiatives • ability to think incrementally and develop approaches, options and sequencing to large complex initiatives • ability to build and scale teams • good understanding of Agile delivery principles and practices
