• Establish and foster stakeholder relationships • Manage client expectations • Plan and facilitate requirements discovery workshops • Develop use cases, user stories, and documentation • Collaborate with Technical Architects to meet desired business outcomes • Provide recommendations for business process redesign • Investigate problems during implementation • Maintain documentation on system functionality and features

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field • 3+ years of technical business analysis experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 • High level of business acumen and technical understanding of ecommerce • Experience managing complex project deliverables • Familiarity with project management tools and software development methodologies • Experience translating business requirements into ADA compliant solutions
