🎯 Requirements

• Assess resource needs for projects and initiatives and allocate resources accordingly. • Work closely with project leaders and team members to understand project requirements and ensure optimal resource allocation. • Continuously monitor resource utilization and capacity, making adjustments as necessary to support project delivery and organizational goals. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify talent needs and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. • Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency. • Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization. • Proactively identify operational challenges and develop solutions to address them, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities. • Establish frameworks and processes for the growth and development of team members. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, including career development planning, goal setting, and performance feedback. • Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. • Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness. • Keep stakeholders informed of resource allocation decisions, operational updates, and progress towards people development goals.
