📋 Description
• Blueberry Pediatrics is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own strategy across both B2B and DTC as we scale. • This is a player-coach role, you’ll be hands-on in execution while building and managing a team of full-time employees, contractors, and agencies to scale our efforts efficiently. • You’ll own the full marketing funnel, balancing growth marketing, brand, lifecycle, and demand generation across both direct-to-consumer and health plan partnerships. • You will have full ownership of consumer growth targets, setting ambitious goals and driving the strategy and execution to achieve and exceed them. • Build the brand and make Blueberry the go-to name in pediatric care. We want to be the trusted pediatricians that meet new parents where they are. • Own and manage the marketing P&L—track performance and optimize for efficiency and profitability.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with leadership in DTC & B2B. • Strong performance marketing and data skills, comfortable working with numbers, analyzing performance, and owning P&L. • Hands-on, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves while building a team around you. • Startup-minded and scrappy, you find creative ways to drive impact, even with limited resources. • Experience in healthcare, tech, or subscription businesses is a plus.
