Description

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple providers, with a primary focus on Azure technologies • Deliver data-lake-based integration and analysis services in support of business intelligence, data science, and machine learning efforts • Spearhead the implementation of infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, pushing the boundaries of automation and efficiency • Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues • Implement robust security measures to safeguard cloud-based applications and data • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of cloud applications • Lead architecture discussions with clients and team members, articulating complex solutions with clarity and confidence • Contribute to business development activities by crafting innovative cloud engineering solutions for proposals • Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field • 5+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering or related fields • Expert-level proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code concepts • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for process automation • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, especially CI/CD processes • Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • US Citizen: Must be a citizen of the United States • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance. Must be eligible to work in the United States
