β€’ Perform pro-active sales calls, meetings, and sales campaigns to promote Blue Owl product offerings to existing and new private wealth investors. β€’ Raise and retain assets under management within a geographic territory by conducting proactive phone calls, and one-on-one and group appointments. β€’ Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy. β€’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market, advisor, and investor trends. β€’ Work closely with and actively support efforts of other Market Team members. β€’ FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, clean U4.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of total experience. β€’ Strong and demonstrated experience raising capital from RIAs and/or Regional & Independent Broker Dealers. β€’ Product experience in alternatives. β€’ Knowledge of regulatory environments across the US. β€’ Ability to navigate these jurisdictions from a sales and regulatory perspective. β€’ Ability to work with a dynamic (i.e. continually growing and evolving) product set. β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. β€’ Exceptional ability to manage time, priorities, and internal expectations. β€’ Exceptional work ethic and a desire to succeed. β€’ Ability to travel to clients frequently.
