Taken together, Blueprint's therapist enablement platform drives dramatically better clinical outcomes, resulting in 5-10X ROl for therapeutic practices. • What We Are Looking For • We are looking for a passionate Therapist Advocate who will serve as a bridge between Blueprint’s cutting-edge digital behavioral health platform and the mental health clinicians who use it. Reporting to the Head of Clinical at Blueprint, you will play a pivotal role in sales, helping to translate the value of Blueprint to clinician prospects, supporting Customer Success by helping to onboarding and train clinicians, and collaborating with our Marketing and Business Development teams to foster a strong and growing clinician community. Your work will directly empower therapists by helping them leverage Blueprint’s tools for measurement-informed care, AI documentation automation, and proactive clinical decision support, ensuring our users feel confident and supported in delivering exceptional mental health care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or related field • Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent) • 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health • Experience with clinical training, ideally in group-based practice settings • Familiarity with digital health technology or experience working with clinical software platforms • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present clinical concepts clearly to diverse audiences (clinicians, leadership, etc.) • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clinical, sales, customer support, marketing and product • Problem-solving skills for triaging clinician issues and identifying solutions • Comfort with public speaking and ability to conduct product demos for mental health professionals • Passion for supporting mental health professionals and improving clinician workflows through technology
