🎯 Requirements
• CRM & Data Management: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms. • Workflow Automation: Proficiency in Smartsheet, Smartsuite, and data integration tools. • Energy & Solar Industry Knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems, O&M, and EPC processes. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret energy data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. • Project Management Mindset: Comfortable managing multiple projects, tracking deadlines, and improving processes. • Strong Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work across technical and business teams.
