• Oversee all aspects of people operations including recruitment and employee development. • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages. • Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in the e-commerce or digital agency industry. • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS). • SHRM-CP or PHR certification. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and challenges. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
