Description

• Blumen is building software to streamline permitting, compliance, and regulatory hurdles for project developers and EPC companies. • Clean, standardize, explore, and catalogue public and proprietary datasets before they enter an automated ingestion pipeline. • Build on a proprietary join system by creating unique keys for disparate datasets. • Refine and improve the data ingestion and analysis pipeline for vector, raster, and real-time geospatial data.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience building and shipping complex data pipelines in an enterprise setting • Demonstrated experience working with messy SQL querying, data standardization, and schema design • Personable and excited to work closely with customers in natural resources industries • Demonstrated interest in energy development, land use, mineral exploration or similar topics • Past experience with government data sources (BLM, EPA, USFS, DOE, NOAA, BOEM, etc.) • Taste for adventure
