• Blytheco is at the forefront of digital transformations, process automation, and leadership. • Seeking an Acumatica Consulting Manager to drive high performing consulting teams. • Lead a team of software consultants in implementation projects. • Manage key performance indicators and drive growth of Acumatica practice. • Provide guidance and support to ensure team exceeds client expectations. • Collaborate with leadership to refine delivery strategies and methodologies. • Manage practice to key performance indicators and set performance expectations for team. • Act as the Company’s product line expert for Sales, Consulting, and Marketing. • Exhibit a strong, hands-on leadership style, motivating and coaching team to success. • Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and key strategic partners.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 2-5 years of leadership experience of an ERP product line in a VAR environment • A strong understanding of the Acumatica application, or similar midmarket SaaS ERP solutions • Demonstrated ability to achieve professional services revenue goals, lead consulting teams and engagements, and ensure exceptional customer experience • Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world • Outstanding leadership and coaching skills • Ability to manage customer expectations skillfully and diplomatically • Superior presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Excellent project management abilities • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and CRM applications • Ability to travel, as needed
