Description

• We’re the Operating System for the Music Industry – a platform that pumps up the jam of every play. • We connect all players of the industry to amplify the value of music. Driven by machine learning and copyright expertise, our system pumps neutral data and authoritative knowledge to everyone along the chain. • You will be supporting the People team in achieving its objectives, impacting the employee lifecycle. • Provide support, tools and resources for BMATers to face challenges backed by vision, values and the BMAT touch. • You will collaborate closely with the People team, manager and all BMATers to handle the employee lifecycle and facilitate a focused work environment.

Requirements

• You are passionate about music, people and music people. • You have, a t least, 2-3 years of experience in People Operations at an international level including some experience or payroll knowledge. • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, external partners and vendors. • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. • Demonstrate strong organisational skills. • You’re an independent worker, proactive, collaborative team player and feel comfortable taking initiative in an ever-changing environment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Fluency in English. Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan is highly appreciated, but not mandatory. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • The role is located in Barcelona. Local candidates are preferred, but remote work arrangements may be considered.
