β’ Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience). β’ Bachelor's degree preferred. β’ 2 + years relevant experience in reviewing and interpreting federal regulations. β’ Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable. β’ Experience in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business. β’ Experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation. β’ Implementation, configuration, and upkeep of financial and budgeting systems. β’ History of data analysis and reconciliation. β’ Strong technical knowledge. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. β’ A technical understanding of the Strata data model is beneficial.
