• Under the direction of Integrated Behavioral Health Services, the Clinician will provide direct behavioral health services through telemedicine • The clinician will complete psychosocial assessments and treatment planning • Follow institutional requirements for documentation and patient confidentiality • Collaborate with community agencies to connect patients to telehealth services • Attend team meetings consistently • Maintain competency in areas of responsibility through continued education
• Requires Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Social Work or school of Mental Health Counseling or related field as determined by the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services • Requires a Massachusetts License: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) • Bilingual proficiency necessary. Spanish preferred • Requires level of knowledge of Social Work process and community resources and agencies in relation to health, illness, and disability, and social determinants of health • Advanced interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with various healthcare professionals, to develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with patients and families • Cultural sensitivity and comfort with a wide range of racial and ethnic populations. Cultural humility is very important • Previous experience or interest in community-based initiatives preferred • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team • Computer literacy with ability to use standard word processing, spreadsheet programs and e-mail (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers. Must be comfortable in a dynamic work environment (sense of humor is valued)
