📋 Description
• Oversee and lead the pharmacy supply chain team and overall strategy and operations for $900M P&L • Serve as the health system’s expert in the federal 340b program • Work closely with life science partners to ensure access to specialty pharmacy drugs • Maintain industry relations and oversee all non-service related revenue and data contracts • Ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care for all specialty pharmacy contracts • Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy supply chain processes
🎯 Requirements
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy required • Advanced degree (MS, MBA or Pharm D) is preferred • Valid license as a pharmacist in the State of Massachusetts is preferred • Ten to fifteen years of experience in hospital pharmacy management required • Demonstrates excellent leadership for change skills • Promotes collaboration across multidisciplinary services • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrates strategic planning and ability to negotiate contracts • Demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skill • Demonstrates a proved track record for developing and managing people
