• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline • At least four years of related experience in mission-critical enterprise server environments • Excellent technical knowledge of networks, network topologies, and troubleshooting techniques • Ability to solve enterprise server issues • Demonstrated experience in project management • Strong customer service and communication skills • Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows Server 2012 and above • Ability to prepare feasibility studies and business proposals
