β€’ Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships within assigned accounts. β€’ Develop customized site-specific account plans. β€’ Serve as main contact for designated accounts, collaborating with cross-functional partners. β€’ Maintain knowledge of disease and product specifics. β€’ Provide timely feedback on account business trends and issues. β€’ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies. β€’ Ability to drive within assigned territory and travel as needed (up to 50%).

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of field-based experience, marketing, and/or commercial experience required. β€’ 3+ years in Institutional Experience. β€’ Experience in large, complex accounts. β€’ Customer service orientation. β€’ Ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional partners. β€’ High degree of technical expertise and business acumen. β€’ Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning skills. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Thorough understanding of US compliance guidelines. β€’ Valid driver's license.
