β€’ Responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration in the banking sector across Germany. β€’ Lead a high-performing sales team while building key client relationships at the executive level. β€’ Focus on strategic account management, solution selling, and platform modernization. β€’ Manage and inspire a team of 7–8 account executives, solution specialists, and sales analysts. β€’ Design and implement robust sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, offering insights and guidance on platform modernization and industry best practices. β€’ Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospective clients. β€’ Oversee complex deal negotiations, ensuring timely closing of sales while resolving any client challenges proactively. β€’ Champion client success by delivering exceptional service and support, driving customer retention and satisfaction in the banking sector.

Requirements

β€’ Master’s degree in a relevant field. β€’ Proven experience and deep knowledge of the banking sector, including an understanding of regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and customer needs. β€’ Extensive experience in selling enterprise software solutions, with a track record of leading successful sales teams in fast-paced environments. β€’ Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performance sales teams. β€’ A hands-on, proactive leader who excels in dynamic environments. β€’ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust with both clients and team members.
