Bobbie is proud to be the only US formula that is designed to meet both FDA and EU standards. • Although 83% of parents turn to formula in the first year of their baby’s life, this is the silent majority that is often shamed for not being able to exclusively breastfeed. Co-founded by two moms and created by a team of mom scientists, nutritionists, pediatricians, and lactation consultants, the Bobbie team knows first hand that there is no one size fits all for feeding. With Bobbie, we hope you can Bottle Boldly. • The Role • Bobbie is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Lead to join our growing Finance team. This Senior Manager-level role, reporting directly to our VP of FP&A, will act as a critical and strategic partner, supporting the company's financial planning and analysis needs while driving manufacturing analytics and cost accounting initiatives. With one direct report, you will play a key leadership role in developing and executing processes that support both short-term and long-term business goals. • You will leverage data, create models, provide insights, and streamline processes to enable Bobbie’s continued growth. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to provide the financial insights needed for strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or related fields, preferably with demonstrated expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing analytics. • Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to mentor and develop team members. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize raw data into actionable insights. • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach; comfortable working at both macro and detailed levels. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Advanced proficiency in ERP, Financial Tools and Systems (Oracle Netsuite, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Excel, PowerPoint). • A commitment to excellence and a passion for Bobbie’s mission.
