• This leadership role is pivotal in the Bodwé Professional Services Group of Companies • This position will drive the performance and growth of our federal infrastructure practice • Define and articulate the long-term Federal vision and strategy of the Infrastructure Services Branch to achieve growth goals • Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth goals in the federal market sector • Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Business Development teams to craft actionable strategies • Direct and monitor federal infrastructure contracting initiatives across multiple agencies • Drive operational efficiency and excellence • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team • Ensure adherence to all federal regulations, including FAR, DFAR, and small business set-asides

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or an equivalently related field • Professional Engineer Licensure • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in an infrastructure engineering firm • Proven ability in managing federal contracts, and deep familiarity with FAR, DFAR, SAM.gov, small business set-asides, and joint ventures • Exceptional financial acumen • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills • Existing relationships with both Federal agencies and large infrastructure businesses • Minimum of five years of direct project related infrastructure design or construction inspection management experience preferred. • Structural Engineer Licensure a plus
