• Du kannst „Lizenz zum Töten“ und Microsoft Lizenzen auseinanderhalten? • Du begeisterst dich für die Möglichkeit, dir für die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und Kundinnen passende Lösungen zu planen und umzusetzen? • Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Projekten für Microsoft 365 Anwendungen und Dienste sowie anschließender Weiterentwicklung der Umgebungen • Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung effizienter Betriebskonzepte für den Betrieb der Services • Unterstützung der IT Support Kollegen (ab 2nd-Level) bei Microsoft 365 bezogenen Incidents
🎯 Requirements
• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT Schwerpunkt • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration oder im IT Support von Microsoft 365 sowie erste Projekterfahrung • Führerschein der Klasse B • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Motivation, sich in Bereichen, die für dich noch neu sind, weiterzuentwickeln.
