📋 Description
• Du hilfst unseren Kursteilnehmenden mit deinen fundierten Kenntnissen im Bereich Sales bzw. Vertrieb bei allen Aufgaben. • Du bist die rechte Hand unserer Trainer:innen und hilfst ihnen dabei, den Unterricht reibungslos abzuhalten. • Du betreust eigenständig Kursteilnehmende und stehst ihnen als Coach zur Seite. • Du hast die Möglichkeit auch eigene Vorlesungen zu halten in Abstimmung mit den Trainer:innen.
🎯 Requirements
• Du kannst dich für 5 Nachmittage die Woche committen (Mo – Fr: 13:00 bis 17:00 Uhr). • Fachkompetenz: Du hast BWL bzw. eine ähnliche Fachrichtung studiert oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung abgeschlossen. • Kommunikation: Du kannst klar kommunizieren und bist gerne im Kontakt mit anderen Menschen. • CRM-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit HubSpot, Salesforce oder einem vergleichbaren CRM-System sammeln können. • Motivation: Du hast Spaß an der Gestaltung einer tollen E-Learning-Erfahrung. • Zielorientiert: Du arbeitest schnell, pragmatisch und ergebnisorientiert. • Deutsch: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
