• Beratung unserer Kund*innen hinsichtlich der Konzeption und Einführung der Cloud-ERP-Lösung Haufe X360 • Konfiguration und Anpassung der Software-Lösung auf die Kundenprozesse • Verantwortung für kundenspezifische (Teil-)Projekte bis zur Einführung der Software und darüber hinaus • Eigenständige Koordination mit relevanten Schnittstellen intern wie extern • Durchführung von Anforderungsworkshops und Anwenderschulungen
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Kundenbetreuung im IT-Umfeld • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und starkes Adaptionsvermögen • Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
