Able to persuade others through compelling business acumen. • You Will Stand Out if You Have: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 6+ years of progressive experience in people/HR roles, with at least 3 years in leadership roles partnering with senior executives. • Proven success in developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in BPO or similar industries. • Expertise in organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive strategic outcomes. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in People practices.
