Boldr is the first (and largest) global B Corp talent outsourcing company, dedicated to connecting the world to opportunity. • We are a ‘People First’ organization, and our mission is to help people grow and connect. • As the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to Boldr’s leadership, driving organizational success through people strategies. • You’ll work closely with senior leaders to align People initiatives with business goals, ensuring Boldr remains a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. • Your focus will be on enhancing leadership effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and creating scalable solutions that support growth and development. • You will lead a team of dynamic business partners to ensure proactive engagement driving our organization forward in our mission to do good and do well while driving our belief that talent is everywhere but opportunity is not.

Able to persuade others through compelling business acumen. • You Will Stand Out if You Have: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 6+ years of progressive experience in people/HR roles, with at least 3 years in leadership roles partnering with senior executives. • Proven success in developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in BPO or similar industries. • Expertise in organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive strategic outcomes. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in People practices.
