• A LITTLE BIT ABOUT Boldr • Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class Client experiences while creating access to dignified, meaningful work in communities around the world. • We are a global team united by our desire to connect diverse people with common values for boldr impact. • We employ just over a thousand team members across five countries and we want to employ over 5,000 people by 2027, if not sooner. • LET’S START WITH OUR VALUES • Meaningful connections start with AUTHENTICITY • We do our best work by being CURIOUS • We grow by remaining DYNAMIC • Our success combines AMBITIOUS VISION with OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE • At the heart of great partnerships, we’ll always find EMPATHY • WHAT IS YOUR ROLE • A Marketing Specialist keeps their eyes on marketing trends and works with companies to create advertising campaigns, pricing strategies based on demographic data, and targeting specific customer demographics. • A marketing specialist should be a competent professional who is able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. • You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. • The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth. • WHY DO WE WANT YOU • We are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate about helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose. • We expect our team to become our ultimate partners in success by always giving 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, dynamic, and authentic. • WHAT WILL YOU DO • Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights. • Use this data to support decision-making within the marketing team and to align marketing activities with broader revenue objectives. • Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy • Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels • Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels • Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs • Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement • Assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends • Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.) • Planned and executed initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.) • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies • Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities • Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market • Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
• YOU ARE… • Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr • A critical thinker with an eye for even the most minute of details • Passionate about the client experience • Strategic thinker who can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience • YOU HAVE… • Previous working experience as a Marketing Specialist for 4 years • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field • In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods • Applicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools • Hands-on experience with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM(HubSpot is preferred)) and applications (Google Analytics,Social media business account management ,Graphic design software is a plus - Adobe, Canva, etc) • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills
