Description

• At Bolsterup, we are reshaping the construction industry through a B2B SaaS platform. • We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile UX/UI Designer & Product Manager. • You’ll own the product development lifecycle while creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface. • Collaborate with leadership and departments to shape our platform’s future.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both product management and UX/UI design, or willingness to be up-skilled in product management, ideally within a SaaS environment. • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-centric products and user interfaces. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma). • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate both design and product decisions to cross-functional teams. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design work, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. • Prior experience working in an agile environment, leading sprints and collaborating with engineering teams. • A passion for creating high-impact products that solve real problems for users. • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
