Description

• Develop and maintain Bolt Insight's AI-driven platform • Work with real-time streaming tech to enable voice-to-voice communication • Fine-tune LLMs and tweak AI pipelines • Directly interface with users to gather feedback for product improvement • Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Design and implement new features and enhancements • Optimize the platform for maximum speed and scalability • Collaborate with other developers to ensure the platform is reliable, stable, and secure • Troubleshoot and debug as needed • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI and web development

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the field • Advanced knowledge of Javascript and Typescript • Experience in React and Node.js frameworks • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Neo4J, MongoDB • Developed projects with AWS services and Lambda serverless architecture • Participation in projects managed with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) • Active use of Git • Bonus experience with Microservice Architectures, Message Queue & Brokers, Websockets, NextJS • Knowledge of Redis and caching strategies • Passion for startup life • Entrepreneurial experience
